A couple of appearance questions

I've 2 things noticed in some of the sample screen shots, that I'd like to know how to "do": -Text, graphics, or text with graphics in a track as an "item" -little lock/unlock, notes, and mute buttons above "items" How does one "do" those? Looks handy!

I think it's the 'display media item names' at the left.

I'm talkin' like this: How do I do things that look like those, text and graphics-wise?
