stuck notes until rewind

why is it I get stuck midi notes until i rewind to beginning? happens all the time, but no patience to ask, until now i've ignored this to get on with what i'm doing at the moment

I've been experiencing the same issure

no no no this has something to do with reaper I exported the midi to Live and I don't get stuck notes there (using the same VSTi) OI!
